What we collect
We collect information you choose to share through questionnaires, documents, messages and conversations. For professionals, this can include contact details, career history, a résumé, work preferences, compensation expectations and career goals. For companies and opportunities, it can include business contacts, company context, role requirements and job descriptions. We also keep relevant relationship notes, review history and records needed to manage introductions and our services. Hosting and communication providers may process technical connection and delivery information.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand people, companies and opportunities; keep profiles current; assess possible fit and timing; arrange conversations; and manage agreed services and related records. Questionnaires start a conversation with Seventa; they do not create a public profile.
Confidential handling and introductions
Profiles and uploaded documents are handled in Seventa's private workspace. Access is intended for authorized Seventa staff and providers supporting the service. We use identity-redacted briefs where appropriate and seek the professional's permission before presenting an identified profile to an employer. What is shared depends on the agreed introduction and stage of the process. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for the conversation.
Service providers and AI assistance
Our current platform uses Framer for the website, Supabase for database and private file storage, and Resend for transactional email. Google services support scheduling, communication and access-controlled recovery archives. GitHub runs backup jobs and stores private recovery copies. OpenAI services assist with document extraction, organizing information and drafting internal briefs. DocuSign may process agreement information when electronic signing is used. These providers process information for their respective tasks; processing locations can differ from yours. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Seventa uses human review and judgment for profile review and decisions about moving an introduction forward.
Retention and requests
We retain information while it is useful for the relationship, delivering services and maintaining necessary business records. You can contact us to correct information, discuss what we hold, or request that we stop using or delete it. We review requests in context, including records that must be retained for business or legal reasons. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention periods expire. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or provider system.
